Challenge: Identify a brand voice/personality for T3
Research & Insight: A workshop with the strategy, creative, connections, and marketing teams was organized to review the Social POV research findings and brainstorm a new direction for T3 on social. Personification and adjective exercises helped to inform strategy.
Strategy: Insights from the Social POV research and ideation workshop were utilized to develop two personas and the agency's "story."
